At Brimz Learning HQ, we want you to be fully satisfied with our services. This policy explains when and how refunds apply.
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Sessions cancelled by you with more than 24 hours' notice: full refund.

Sessions cancelled by us: full refund or free rescheduled session offered.

Sessions cancelled by you with less than 24 hours' notice: 50% refund.

No-shows (no notice given): no refund.

Unused sessions in a paid package: pro-rata refund upon written request, minus any applicable admin fee.
3.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at brimzlearninghq@gmail.com with your name, booking date, and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
3.4 Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued where services have been fully delivered or where a student's conduct has led to termination of service (see Terms & Conditions section 2.5).
3.5 Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are unhappy with a resolution, you may contact Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
