These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Brimz Learning HQ's website and services. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2.1 Our Services

​

Brimz Learning HQ provides online tutoring and mentoring services in Maths and English for learners of all ages across the UK. Sessions are delivered via video call on agreed platforms.

2.2 Bookings

​

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from us.

• You are responsible for providing accurate booking information.

• Session times are agreed in advance. Please arrive promptly.

2.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the session fee.

• No-shows without notice will be charged in full.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled slot.

2.4 Payments

​

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed on our website and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice.

2.5 Code of Conduct

​

We expect all students and parents/guardians to treat our tutors with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a service agreement if conduct is deemed abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate, with any unused fees refunded at our discretion.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

​

Brimz Learning HQ provides tutoring support. We cannot guarantee specific exam results or academic outcomes, as these depend on many factors including student effort and attendance. Our liability is limited to the value of sessions already paid for.

2.7 Intellectual Property

​

All materials provided by Brimz Learning HQ (worksheets, resources, plans) are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or sold without written permission.

2.8 Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
